The Engineering Department is managed by the Utilities Department Manager/District Engineer, Ray Dienzo, and supported by Melissa Bland, Program Manager and the Administrative Technician II, Support to the District Engineer.

Connection Permits

All new connections, including connections that are the result of active service transfers, must be permitting by the Engineering Department. Please download and complete the following permit package and return all information and documents to the District Engineer at 5500 Heath Lane, Cambria, Calif. 93428 or email engineering@cambriacsd.org

California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act

The Cambria Community Services District (“CCSD”) has elected to be subject to the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (“UPCCAA”). As such, Public Contract Code Section 22034 requires the CCSD to maintain a list of qualified contractors or provide notice to specific construction trade journals. The District no longer maintains a list of qualified contractors. All notices regarding informal bidding opportunites are posted on our website and within the following construction trade journals:
