Dear Cambrians,

On this Veterans Day, we come together to honor and express our deepest gratitude to all who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Today and every day, we recognize the bravery, sacrifice, and dedication each of you has shown in your service to our nation. Your commitment to protecting the freedoms and values we hold dear is a gift to all of us, and we are profoundly grateful. Each of you has faced challenges at home and abroad that many of us can only imagine. You have endured long days and nights, challenging conditions, and time away from loved ones, all to fulfill a calling greater than oneself. You have provided safety and security through your courage and sacrifice, allowing generations to grow up in a land of freedom and opportunity. Because of your selflessness, we enjoy the liberties we hold so close. Today, we also acknowledge the families of our veterans. Behind each veteran is a support network of loved ones who have shown resilience, patience, and unwavering support. To these families, we extend our heartfelt thanks for your sacrifices.
