Starting, Changing, or Stopping Service

To establish or discontinue water/wastewater service, please contact the CCSD at 805-927-6223. 

To complete or obtain an application online, click on Residential or Commercial Service Application. A start fee of $38.50 will be applied to the first month's bill for every account. A $100.00 deposit is required for all tenant-occupied properties.

If you call after hours, our answering service will take your message. If it is not an emergency, you will need to call back during the office hours listed above.
