Dear Cambrians,

On February 10, 2025, the Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) hosted a site visit with representatives from the California Coastal Commission to discuss key aspects of our ongoing work in the Coastal Development Permit process. The conversations were highly productive, addressing site-specific considerations and important information hold questions.

During the visit, we explored the feasibility of zero liquid discharge options, potential mitigation measures, and Environmentally Sensitive Habitat Area (ESHA) concerns. These discussions provided valuable insights and reinforced our commitment to ensuring that our project aligns with both environmental sustainability and regulatory requirements.

We appreciate the collaboration and constructive dialogue with the Coastal Commission and will continue working diligently to address all necessary considerations as we move forward.
