WHO:            Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) Board of Directors

WHAT:          The Board of Directors of the CCSD will hold a public hearing in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance 02-2009 and Health and Safety Code Section 5473.1 to consider adopting a resolution to collect delinquent solid waste and disposal service charges on the tax roll.

NOTICE is hereby given that a written report has been prepared and filed in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 5473, describing the parcels that have delinquent solid waste collection and disposal charges.

A copy of the written report will be on file with the Confidential Administrative Assistant no later than June 1, 2024 and available for inspection at 1316 Tamsen Street, Suite 201, Cambria, CA and on the CCSD website: https://www.cambriacsd.org/2024-06-20-board-meeting. 

At the time and place of the hearing set forth above, any person interested may appear and be heard on the matter of delinquent solid waste collection and disposal service assessments to be placed on the tax rolls.
